Official Microsoft Patch to install XP mode without Harware Virtualization
Microsoft had released a new feature in Windows 7 called XP Mode to provide backward compatibility for legacy productivity software with seamless access from host desktop capability.However this feature required Hardware Virtualization which many computers do not support.

However Microsoft has officially released an Update for Windows 7 that allows users to install XP Mode on computers that do not support Hardware Virtualization.
